SHIPPING / POSTAGE
We provide free postage and shipping for all orders within the U.K.
Dispatch is direct from our UK office and for UK deliveries we send ‘Signed for’ and with a tracking number which will be sent to you when your item(s) is dispatched.
Orders placed before 1200 noon will be dispatched on the same day. The latest order time for shipment the following day is 4pm.
We have reliable courier networks via DHL, UPS and Royal Mail to cover all shipment requests.
DHL Express is used for overseas orders that are needed urgently i.e. 2-3 days from point of sale and will incur shipping charges
Out of UK – POSTAGE OUTSIDE UK is charged by parcel weight. Further, if you have purchased beyond the EU then customs charges may apply.
TECHTO is not liable for this charge because it is levied by the country of the recipient. We will include the value of your order on the customs declaration so that the appropriate tax can be levied.
We also send to N. America, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the postal charges are calculated by the weight and dimensions of the parcel.
All our products are sent in standard shipping boxes to protect the contents. Further packaging may be added in the form of a thick black polythene sack for added security
RETURNS / COMPLAINTS / FEEDBACK
Customer satisfaction is our priority and that includes the products we sell, the accuracy of the descriptions and size charts and the speed at which we can process your order.
We have a ‘no quibble’ policy of 90 days where you believe the product is faulty.
We will inspect any returns and either replace the goods or refund your payment.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
